Gixel´s goal is to change the way we meet by building the communication tool of the future.
At the moment we can communicate with any person in the world through different channels. Although an in-person meeting still has a different quality, we want to change that, and bring AR Communication to the same experience as an in-person meeting experience.

For that, we are building our own AR Glasses and 3D Avatar technology. Slim AR Glasses with a field of view large enough for the best virtual communication experience. To get a correct representation of the attendant, without external cameras, Gixel builds a deep-learning-based approach to generate a photo-realistic, realtime view of of the attendant - in the correct perspective.

We are reaching the point where we start to focus a lot on the user's communication experience. We are looking for a new team member whose job will be to build an amazing communication experience for our users.

• build the best product on earth
• build the best Communication Experience
• drive the User Experience and guide the process
• build Experience Prototypes/Scenarios, test the experience, reiterate
• refine results into a working product
• work together with the deep learning team, to improve our core technology

Your background

• 2-5 years of working experience
• AR/VR game development experience
• experience in UX design & coding
• experience in unity (C#) or in unreal (C++)
• experience in shader development is a plus
• experience with Python is a plus
• you fail fast in order to learn fast
• you like to be outside of your comfort zone
• you love to challenge the status quo
• you prefer to work in an environment where you can give and receive continuous feedback about what you are doing
